A Southern California Icon Will Pay Tribute To Kobe Bryant By Lightning Up The Ferris Wheel

The famous basketball team Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant will be honored by lighting up the Ferris Wheel at Santa Monica Pier with the colors of purple and gold.
