US Judge Blocked Montana’s Ban On TikTok, Saying This Violates Free Speech Of Users

Montana’s TikTok ban has been blocked by a US judge, saying that it violated the free speech rights of every user. In May, Montana became the first US state to pass the ban, which was scheduled to take effect on January 1st.
Even a short video-sharing app that ByteDance of China owns sued Montana a week later. A US district judge agreed with Molloy on TikTok, saying that this “violated the Constitution in several ways.” He further stated that it oversteps the power of the state. Based on the information on TikTok, it was already pleased to reject the unconstitutional law. This added more than thousands and hundreds of Montanas, who can continue expressing themselves and finding community on TikTok.
Montana, which has a population of over 1 billion users, has already banned the app, per the Government’s advice. TikTok says it also has 150 million American users, most of whom are in their 20s and teens. Even they use TikTok dark mode mostly.
The app has already come under analysis from the global authorities. The data could also be passed to the Chinese Government. Mr Shou repeatedly says that TikTok will never be able to spy on Americans. He further stated that admitted employees had noticed the journalists’ accounts.
