In the year of 2012, Bella Hadid was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. This model has openly documented her struggles online along with her disease.
Her sister Gigi posted a story where she dedicated her sister and further informed that model’s long treatment for Lyme Disease. Recently this model has come out where she shares her gruesome treatment, and even thanks everyone who stuck by her side. She captioned an Instagram post, saying, “And God Bless my Angel Glizzy P. Beans aka Petunia aka Beans.”
She recently shared her hospital stay pictures on her Instagram account and home-based intravenous treatment. She encountered this health issue 15 years ago, and similarly, her family is also suffering from this traumatic disease, including her brother and mother, Yolanda Hadid.
The Hallmark of this Lyme disease is erythema migrans, an expanding red rash, and about a week of tick bites. The rash doesn’t appear in every case. Beyond the erythema migrans’ symptoms may encompass headaches, fatigue, fever, joint discomfort, and many others.
Bella Hadid wrote, “I tried to pick the most positive pictures I could because as painful as this experience was, the outcome was the most enlightening experience of my life filled with new friends, new visions, and a new brain.” This post is not the first time Bella has revealed her chronic health struggles many years ago. According to the information of People, Bella stated further, “In 2016, the model opened up about struggling with Lyme disease while working as a model.” Bella stated further, “Life isn’t always what it looks like on the outside.”
